The presence of insects, rodents, and other pests shall be controlled to eliminate their presence on the PREMISES by: (A) Routinely inspecting incoming shipments of FOOD and supplies; (B) Routinely inspecting the PREMISES for evidence of pests; (D) Eliminating harborage conditions.
Still rodent feces in the back. - Repeat (Correct By: Oct 23, 2019)
Inspection Comments   FOLLOW-UP: DISTRICT MANAGER BILL GROSS WAS PRESENT AND HAD PULLED OUT ALL THE CARTS IN THE BACK STORE ROOM AND WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CLEANING EVERYTHING OUT. STILL RODENT DROPPING ON THE BACK SHELVES BUT WORKING TOWARDS CLEANING IT ALL OUT. WILL FOLLOW-UP AGAIN.
